2.Create a structure for your class #

Here in mange class menu, you have to add all your basic details about the institute like adding the class, divisions, subjects, news, holidays and other information.

2.1.Add a class with unique name #

Here in this menu, you can add a class, for every class you have different options this is one-time setup process in every academic year.

Well, how to add a class? here are simple steps.

 

Step 1: Simply enter a class name with the maximum limit of 50 characters.

Step 2: Select what type of attendance SMS you want to send.

Option 1: Only Absent SMS – When daily attendance will be added that time the only absent student will receive SMS about attendance.

Option 2: Only Present SMS – Attendance SMS will be delivered to present student.

Option 3: Both Absent & Present SMS – Attendance SMS will be delivered to both student those who are present and absent.

Step 3: Select Attendance type you want to take, for the individual class.

Option 1: Batch Wise – In this type, you can take attendance in three schedules in a day, Morning, Afternoon & Evening schedules.

Option 2: Subject Wise – In this type, you can take attendance subject wise or lecture wise, number of subjects you allocate to a class will be available in adding attendance.

 

How to update class details or delete class permanently from the list? In add class menu you can see the select class to perform operation update/delete.

Update Class: Select a class and directly type a new name for the class and also you can change SMS to send, Attendance type & press “Update!” button.

Delete Class: you can delete only class which don’t have students added yet. Otherwise, you can find “Blue Trash Icon” click it to delete the class. This “Red X” indicates that class can’t be deleted, some students are added in class.

How to hide class or make the class as pass out from all working directories like add attendance etc.

In the added class list you can find the third tab named as “Click here to make the class as Passout !” click on the link, you will be redirected to the new page simply click on “Select” Button of particular classes you want to hide or make as pass out. Same way you can undo or rejoin pass out the class by clicking on the blue rounded arrow.

Adding division is a one-time process you can have reused one division for more than one class. For e.g. Having a class “10-CBSE” with the division called “A-Batch” & class “10-BOARD” having same division “A-Batch” so you have to add only one division and just allocated division to multiple classes form allocation menu.

 

How to update or delete division?

 

Update Division: Simply select division from added division list below. Enter the new name for a division and click “Update!” Button.

 

Delete Division: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the division. “red X” indicates that Division can’t be deleted because some student is added to that division.

2.4.Add test type name to list #

Update Test Type: Simply select Test Type from added Test Type list below. Enter the new name for Test Type and click “Update!” Button.

Delete Test Type: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the Test Type. “red X” indicates that Test Type can’t be deleted because some classes are added in that Test Type.

2.5.Add Course to list #

What is Course?

Basically, Course menu is designed for Fees Module to set default fixed fees installment for class. From allocating menu select fees to class to use this course option and follow the steps.

Adding Course is the one-time process you can have reused one Course for more than one class.

Here in from manage class menu have the 5th option that is add Course select it.

How to add new Course?

In the text filed enter Test Type name and click “Add Course!” button. The maximum limit is 50 characters.

How to update or delete Course?

Update Course: Simply select Course from added Course list below. Enter the new name for Course and click “Update!” Button.

Delete Course: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the Course. “red X” indicates that Course can’t be deleted because some fees are allocated in that Course.

2.6.What is Fees Particular? #

Fees Particular is used to display different types of fees you collect from students for e.g. Library Fess, Sports Fees, Tuition Fess etc.

How to add new Fees Particular?

In the text filed enter Fees Particular name and click “Add Particular!” button. The maximum limit is 500 characters.

 

How to update or delete Fees Particular?

Update Fees Particular: Simply select Fees Particular from the added Fees Particular list below. Enter the new name for Fees Particular and click “Update!” Button.

Delete Fees Particular: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the Fees Particular.

2.7.What is Cast / Category? #

Cast / Category this option is can be used on adding student form it is not a mandatory field.

Here in from manage class menu have the 7th option that is add Cast / Category select it.

How to add new Cast / Category?

First, select category, cast, religion than in the text filed enter Cast / Category name and click “Add Cast!” button. The maximum limit is 100 characters.

 

How to update or delete Cast / Category?

Update Cast / Category: Simply select Cast / Category from added Cast / Category list below. Enter the new name for Cast / Category and click “Update!” Button.

Delete Cast / Category: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the Cast / Category.

2.8.How to Add Holidays? #

In holiday menu you can create your own holiday list by sampling entering basic details of holidays like Holiday title, Details & start date and end date of it. holiday list will be the available app for students.

Add holidays option is available in manage class menu on the 8th option called “Add holidays”.

How to update or delete holidays?

Update holidays: simply click on “+” icon or Holiday title in holiday list, change or update information of holiday and click “Update!” Button.

Delete holidays: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the holiday.

2.9.How to Add Latest News? #

In Latest news menu you can add Latest news list by sampling entering basic details of Latest news like Latest news title, Details, upload pdf/image file & start date and end date of it.

Add Latest news option is available in manage class menu on the 9th option called “Add Latest news”.

 

How to update or delete Latest news?

Update news: simply click on “+” icon or Latest news title in news list, change or update information of news and click “Update!” Button.

Delete news: Click on “Blue Trash Icon” to delete the news.

2.10.What is free resources? #

Free resources will be available on your institute app for your existing students as well as app visitor. Free resources available in three format Image, PDF file & video (by inserting youtube.com video link).

 

The purpose of free resources is you can simply show app visitors that how quality content you provide to the student.  Showing them by question paper, demo lecture video or study note/material.

 

You can easily insert, update or delete the resources

3.Allocate #

Division To Class:
Here we can give the division to the classes we already created before. simply just select particular class and assign division for them.

Subject To Class:
Here we can give the particular subject to each class. So that timetable, subject wise attendance can take efficiently. First select that class and then assign the requird subject.

Test Type To Class:
Test types likes weekly test, monthly test, grand test, Sunday test, etc. can assign to the classes. So that the test of that class takes place on that basis only. Select the class and then add the test type which is requird for that class.

Subject To Test Type:
Here we can assign the subjects to the test types. Select the class their test type and then just add the subject for the the tests.

4.Enquiry Management #

Add Offline Enquiry:
Here we can keep the records of offline visitors enquiry. Add their detail information like name, address, mobile no., date of enquiry etc.

View Offline Enquiry:
This is the all visitors offline records. here we can calculate how many enquiry get admitted in and how many failed from all the enquiries.

View Online Enquiry:
This is the web/app generated enquiries. We can keep all the online enquiry list, enquiry date, their information etc.

6.Syllabus #

Syllabus To Batch/Division:
Here we can add the syllabus batch and division wise of their related subjects. First take the class, division, and their subject and then add the syllabus/chapters their start and end dates, teachers, the status of the syllabus etc. these can help for simplification of all the subject wise teaching records.

Update Syllabus Progress:
In this, we can update/change the syllabus in a simple way. Select the batch division and subject and then change the chapters in the syllabus and update it.

View Syllabus;
This is to show the syllabus of each subject. Enter the division ad subject and you can see the syllabus.

7.Study Material #

Add Study Material:
Here we can add the study material such as books, notes etc. with their price, quantity. Firstly add the class, division, and subject for which books are given. Here we can add types of issue such as permanent or temporary.

Distribute Study material:
Here we can distribute the books or notes added above can be distributed to the students in group. Simply just add the class detail subject and then add the roll numbers of the student which we have to distribute the books.

View Report:
This option give you the detail of the study material given to the students. It gives book wise total list of students.

8.Student #

Add Student:
Here we can add the students who are admitted to the institute. We can add here all the detail information of students such as their General information, parents information, contact, and other information.

Import Students Using CSV:
Here we can add list of students directly using CSV excel file. to There is no need add students one by one just select the CSV file class wise and then add the students.

View Student:
This option can give you the the students list. Select the class, division and subject and the list of student related to this is open.

Forward Student To Next Class:
Here we can forward students from previous class to next class.
Add their previous class, division and then add the next class which they are forwarding. Add their next class fees and add student group wise.

Block Student:
Here you can block the students for particular reason such as fees pending or absence in classes. You can add the student their roll no. class, division and the reason why you are blocking them. Later you can unblock them also.

Admission Cancel Student:
This shows the record of the students who’s admissions are cancel. You can also undo them again.

Pass out Student:
This option shows you the the students list which are pass out from the institute. This keep the record of that all students.

9.Attendance #

Add Attendance:
Here in this we have two options Daily attendance and Test attendance. In daily attendance we can add the the daily lecture wise attendance if some students are absent then you can send the SMS on parents or student mobile also. same way used in test attendance. Just select the test type and add the attendance.

Update Attendance:
In this type all the attendance record of daily and test are present. If there is some changes in attendance occur then we can update it also.

View Attendance:
This option shows us the detail attendance records of each class. Just select the class, division and lecture and you get the list of attendance of students. It also shows the consistent absence list.

10.Manage Class Test #

Add/Update Test:
Here we can add the test for different class and subject wise. Just select that particular class batch and subject and add the test type and date, time for that. Here you can update any test also.

Add/Update Test marks:
In this option you can add the test marks of the students. Select the class, division, test type and add the marks of the students subject wise.

Add Marks One by One:
In this option you can add the student wise per subject marks one by one.

Import Test Marks(CSV):
Here we can add the all students marks list by uploading the excel CSV file directly. First select the class, division, test type and add the CSV file.

Remove Test Marks(CSV):
If something went wrong in the marks list or of the marks are not properly import, then you can remove or delete the excel CSV file and can add another correct file.

Delete Single Student Marks:
In this option just select the class, division, student and change or delete that students marks.

View Test Marks:
This option shows you the detail list of students, their obtain marks in test with percentage and rank.

Print Progress card:
Here is the detail information of the students about their marks in test, test type, percentage, rank

Selected Test Average percentage:
This optstudents averagestudents average percentage marks obtain in the test.

11.Timetable #

Add/View Teacher:
Here we can add the teacher/staffs general information. By adding users to this option you are agree to give selected access permission to user. You can add, delete or change the permission for user, by clicking on active. If you have to stop the user for using this option then set as deactive.

Add/View Timetable:
Here you can add the lectures for the teachers their timing of the lecture and subjects. Record of the particular teachers timetable are set by this option.

Teacher Attendance:
Here you can add the daily teachers attendance of the lectures.
Add the date and and their timing for the lectures.

Teachers monthly Sheet:
In this option we can keep the record of the teachers monthly attendance information. Here we can have the duration of the timing the lectures taken by the teachers.

Teacher Progress:
Here we can store the all information of the teachers about their salary, contact number, their lectures, subjects. This option shows the progress of the teachers in the lectures. Just add the dates of the lectures and you can see the teachers lectures records.

12.Listing Options #

Export Column Students:
Here we can export the students records. Just add the class, division and select the option we want to export about students. It shows the all the students records present in that class.

Export Column Staff:
This option export all staff records. It shows the detail information about the staff.

Password:
This shows the password for the student app login.

Birthday:
This is the Date of Birth listing options. this gives the notification about students birthday and then we can send them SMS to wish.

I- card:
This shows the I-card of the students.

All Balance Report:

Daily Collection Report:

Cancel Receipt:
This shows the canceled receipts and the date of cancelation.

Modify Receipt:
The option shows the list of the modified receipts and their date of modification.

15.Transport Service #

Transport Dashboard:
In this option, we can add bus routes, pickup point,
Add and allocate bus. This shows all the information about the bus fees, bus driver and which bus is allocated to the students.

Bus wise List/SMS:
Here we can send sms on parents and students mobile for some information about bus as delayed or change of timing. Its shows the list of the students bus wise.
